How accurate and thorough are your mapping cascades?
The Connections in Mapping Cascades Report shows all the cascades that include the outcome, either as an anchor or a linked connection. It will also tell you which outcomes aren’t connected to any cascades at all. This report will help your team audit the connections that exist, assess if they are correct, and determine which connections have not been created.
Anyone with access to the course can run this report. It is important to note that this report does not contain any specific course data; it can simply be accessed among the Course level (Level-4) reports.
If you have a mapping cascade created from a specific course level outcome set, you will want to go there to run the report. If you have mapping cascades starting in a specific program level outcome set, then you will want to be in a course that lives in that particular program.
Step 1: First, make sure you are at the Course level (level 4), and click on the Reports icon in the right panel. Then, click on the Connections to Mapping Cascades report.
Step 2: In the panel, you may choose which levels to show, and have the option to include outcome IDs, descriptions, and a list of outcomes not included in any cascade. Choose how you wish to order the data, as well.
