- How do I know what my team roles are?
- What are all of my roles?
Has it been a while since you worked inside Coursetune? Can't remember which courses (level-4 objects) or program (level-3 folder) team you have permissions to? Maybe you'd like to check to see exactly what roles and permissions you have, and where. It's easy to see that information in the My Roles panel. This information can help you remember your permissions, and help you and your Coursetune manager/admin make sure you have the correct roles.
Step 1- Using My Roles you can see all the roles you have on course (level 4) teams, program (level 3) teams, division (level 2) teams, and in the Institution/Organization (Level-1 Folder). To get to the My Roles panel, begin by selecting your name in the upper right corner. Then, click on My Profile.
Note: If you have access to multiple Coursetune accounts, you will see them listed under the My Profile button. Each account will tell you the highest role you have at a glance.
Step 2- Once you're on your profile page, select My Roles from the left panel. You will get a list of every role you have in Coursetune. The icons will tell you what level each role exists on. Your role on each team is listed in the far right column (Viewer, Commenter, Editor, or Manager).
To navigate to a level, you can click on it in the list.
Note: If you are one of the three designated users that can edit Institution (level-1) outcome sets (L1OS), this will show at the bottom of your roles.
