Why don't admins show up in the synchronous editor warning?

As an admin, you might have noticed that other users don't "see you" when you're both accessing the same level-4 object at the same time.

This is because admins do not show up in the synchronous editor/manager warnings unless they have specifically been added to the level 4 or level 3 team as an editor or manager.

There are several reasons that you might want to be added to a team with a defined role:

• receive notifications about suggestions on the level-4 object or level-3 folder
• show up to other users on the team as a team member
• show up in the synchronous editor warnings
