What if I can't find an appropriate level 3 icon?

Before we introduced customization of levels, Level 3 was called the "Program Level", and Level-3 Folders were called "programs". You may still hear people refer to this level using the old language.

Each level-3 folder can be represented from an icon you choose from our existing icon database. 

If you don't see an appropriate icon for the level-3 folder you're working on, please let us know by sending a note to [e-mail]. It also helps if you can describe what kind of picture might represent the level-3 folder appropriately. We'll make it happen!
