Outcome Sets allow you to layer information directly on the courses for tracking data like where standards are covered, what gaps need to be filled for accreditation, and for displaying how institutional level goals and values are represented in the curriculum. This feature of being able to map from an institutional level offers great benefits for organizations that are tracking diversity, equity, and inclusion, social-emotional learning, or a set of values that graduates should have. Because Institution level (Level 1) information affects so much, access to the outcome sets is limited to three team members.
Step 1: Coursetune allows Admin to designate up to three editors to edit the Institution/Organization Outcome Sets. First, click on the hamburger button (three lines) in the top bar, and select Customizations in the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Select Other from the drop-down menu in the left panel. Then, you can select your team members from the drop-down menus under Outcome Permissions.
*Your changes will auto-save.*
You can easily remove an outcome set editor by navigating to the User panel. Click the ellipsis (three dots) next to their name. In the drop-down menu, choose All roles. In the panel, click the Remove button.
