- Can I link my assessment to an outside document?
Do you have a perfect resource that you always use in a project? Coursetune's activity editor has a place for you to add those links, so you have everything in one place. When building out the activities and assessments that students will encounter in the course, you may have URLs, PDF links, or other web-based assets that are necessary materials in those activities. From YouTube links to Google Docs, any weblink is viable. If you find a great resource after you'd added an activity to the course graph, you can always go back and add it later. It's easy to organize the work students will be doing with the activity editor and make sure it's aligned to your course objectives.

As an Editor or Manager, you can add asset links while creating a new activity, or by editing an existing activity. These steps are to add an asset link to an existing activity.
Step 1: Begin by navigating to your course (level-4 object), make sure you are on the bundle layer, and turn on Edit mode.
Step 2: Click the Activities icon in the right panel, and select the existing activity you want to add the link to. Then, click the editing pencil.
Step 3: You will be walked through the three steps of creating/editing an activity. Stop on step 2, and click Add Assets.
Step 4: In the Asset Link Editor, click the plus sign + next to name, and add the name and URL.
Pressing close will take you back to step 2. Be sure to click Save on step 2 or 3. Please note that that the URL needs to be correct. If it is missing the http:// or https:// you will receive a notification.
