Before we introduced customization of levels, Level 4 was called the "Course Level", and Level-4 Objects were called "Courses". You may still hear people refer to this level using the old language.
You can edit asset links two ways:
- Directly from the Descriptions in the bottom right panel
- Editing an activity and walking back through the 3 steps
To edit an asset link from the Descriptions panel:
(1) Begin at level 4, make sure you are on the bundle layer, and turn on "Edit" mode
(2) Click the "Activities" button in the right panel
(3) Select the desired activity from the list
(4) Click on the "edit" pencil next to "Assets" at the bottom of the right panel
From the "Edit Asset Link" panel, you can make the desired edits, and add new assets.
To edit an asset link through editing an activity:
(1) Begin at level 4, make sure you are on the bundle layer, and turn on "Edit" mode
(2) Click the "Activities" button in the right panel
(3) Select the desired activity
(4) Select the "Edit" pencil
Click on the desired activity and click the "pencil" edit icon. This will walk you back through the three steps of creating the activity. On step two, you will see any asset links in blue. Click the "pencil" editing icon to open the asset link editor.
