Role permissions in Canvas and Coursetune

If you have a Canvas account that has been integrated with your Coursetune account, there are a few things you can do while accessing Coursetune through Canvas. All team members with viewing rights and higher in Coursetune can link and unlink courses (level-4 objects), and push their Coursetune data to their Canvas shell/course. 

For custom roles in Canvas, the user can link/unlink and push Coursetune courses to Canvas courses IF:

1. They have permissions to add/edit/delete assignments and quizzes
2. They have permissions to add/edit/delete course content

NOTE: A Canvas Admin can link or unlink a Coursetune course regardless of Canvas Permissions.

Roles in Coursetune:

Viewer= V

Commenter= C

Editor= E

Manager= M

Admin= A

Basic Roles in Canvas:

Student= S

Teacher= T

Teachers Aid= TA

Designer= D

Admin= A

Please note that students will not be able to access Coursetune.
