How do I issue a temporary password for a user?

Sometimes, a team member might forget their login information. As a Coursetune admin, you can easily help them get back to tuning their curriculum again by issuing the team member a temporary password.

Step 1- First, you need to navigate to the Users panel. Click on the hamburger menu (three lines) next to your name in the top right corner. Select Users from the drop-down menu.

Step 2- Now that you're in the User panel, find the team member's name from the list of users. Click the ellipsis (three dots) on the right side of the team member.

Step 3- Select Change Password from the menu options.

Step 4- The Change Password modal will open. You can issue a temporary password here. Please make sure to email the team member their temporary password so they can login.

NOTE: What are the password requirements?

Password length: minimum 8 chars, max 16
All letters/numbers/lowercase and uppercase
All these symbols: ! # $ % & ( ) /< = > ? @ [ ] _ { | } ~
