Don't need a program in your division (level 2) any longer? You can easily delete it. We recommend double-checking to make sure the courses (level-4 objects) inside are not needed, either. 

Note: You can make an export of your program before you delete it, just in case. See the related article below for help on exporting a program.

 

Step 1- Division managers can delete an unneeded program within their division. To delete a program, you will need to start on the division level, and have Edit mode turned on.

Step 2- Now, select the program to find the trash can (often used when deleting elements in Coursetune). Click on the trash can and follow the prompts.

Note: Please be careful; deleting a program will delete all the courses (level-4 objects) it contains. We recommend creating an export file of the program before deleting it, just in case. See the Related Articles section at the bottom of this article for help exporting.
