As the admin of your Coursetune team, the first folders you will want to add are divisions (level-2 folders). A division is a level of organization beneath the Institution (Level 1). For a University, a division might consist of the various colleges that make up the University (College of Business, College of Education, etc). For a college, the division might consist of departments (Allied Health Dept, Technology Dept, etc).
Step 1- The division level (level 2) is one of the more tightly controlled levels, so only admins have permission to create a new division. To create a division, you will start on the Institution level (level 1). Navigate to the tools at the bottom of the screen to turn on Edit mode. Locate the plus sign +, which is always used for adding new elements.
Step 2- The modal for adding a division will open. Please note that adding a name and choosing three banner icons are required. Other options include:
- Choosing the default name for the c-layer
- Choosing the default name for the bundle layer
- Choosing the default layer view at the level 4 (c-layer or bundle layer)
