Coursetune provides chat, phone, and email support on weekdays between 7am MDT and 4pm MDT except for the holidays listed below:

• New Year's Day
• Martin Luther King Jr. Day
• Memorial Day
• Junteenth
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day (and day after)
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day 
• New Year's Eve

During support hours, you can use the chat support feature.
