It might be the sound of “a-ha!” at the opportunities that emerge from the course graphs as you connect learning objectives to course goals. As you progress in this journey, you’ll be exploring unknown areas that may never have been traversed at your institution before.
How do you stay on track?
It all starts by adopting the alignment mindset.
Step 1 | Share the welcome email with your core team and start putting meetings on your calendars. We’ll create your admin's account and share demos with you. |
Step 2 | Meet with your Coursetune implementation team member to cover Essential Questions for Institutional Alignment and Program Review and 7 Steps for Successful Coursetune Implementation. |
Step 3 | Talk about alignment and make decisions about what you call things in the Glossary, review this list of Best Practices, and use the Culture of Alignment Charter to solidify your team’s alignment. You’ll use these again when your team grows. It’s a good ritual to build successful teamwork. Big team meetings go better with these Discussion Tips. |
Step 4 | Look into the future to help determine what you’ll need to build and prioritize by reviewing what reports are available in Coursetune. |
