The Outcomes Report shows the percentage of LOs per course mapped to an outcome set. The report is useful for identifying which courses have not been mapped.
Note that mapping 100% of LOs to an outcome set may not be desirable. For example, it may be accurate that only 30% of the LOs may align with a General Education outcome set.
The Outcomes Report is available in the Reports menu for the program and division levels; administrators can access the institutional level report in the hamburger menu.

The report downloads as a .csv file, which can be opened in any spreadsheet application.
- Outcome Set is the name of the outcomes and suboutcomes that are grouped as a set.
- Level 1 Institution or custom name is the name of organization.
- Level 2 Division or custom name is the name of colleges or verticals that group programs.
- Level 3 Program or custom name is the name of groups of courses.
- Level 4 Course or custom name is the name of a group of modules/CLOs.

- “Yes” indicates that the course is shared with a program but cannot be edited in that location.
- “No” indicates that the course is not shared with another program and can be edited.
- Mapped LOs is a count of all the LOs that are mapped to an outcome or suboutcome in the set.
- Total LOs is a count of all the LOs in the course.
- % Coverage is the total of mapped LOs divided by total LOs and represented as a percentage.
