The Division level (Level 2) is the level below the Organization/Institution (Level 1). This is the second icon in the left-hand panel. 

Here are two examples:

• For a university, a division is typically the colleges or divisions that make up the university structure (College of Business, School of Education, etc.). 
• For a college, a division might consist of departments (Allied Health Department, IT Department, Math Department, etc.).

 The Institution (Level-1 Folder) (Demo University) shows the collection of Divisions (Level-2 Folders).

The Level-2 Folder (Divisions) shows the collection of Level-3 Folders (Programs ).
