This feature will auto-generate a collection of all the program (level-3 folder) mappings reports within a division (level-2 folder) for any outcome sets mapped to the program.
Step 1: Ready to generate your program reports? First, you need to be at division level (level-2 folder). Then, click on the Reports and Data icon in the top right panel. Click on the Division Collection of Program Mappings Reports.
Step 2: When Coursetune has finished looking for all the outcome sets in this division, you will be able to select the desired mapping sets to include in the collection. In this panel you can:
- choose between PDF or RTF file types
- choose the visualizations you wish to display
- choose to include suboutcomes
You must select at least one mapping set to activate the Download Zip File button. Save the zip file to your device and simply extract all to access the collection of reports reports.
Note: There is a known issue where occasionally a table header will repeat across a page break. Fixing this is out of our control as we require the vendor who creates the PDFs to fix a bug.
