This report can be used by program chairs and curriculum committees to communicate what percent of a course aligns with a particular outcome set. It is commonly used for course reviews and accreditation audits. For example, run the report to assess the percent that an algebra course aligns to program standards for financial literacy, assuming these are both documented and mapped in Coursetune.
Used by: Program chairs, curriculum committee, and can answer questions such as:
- What percent of this course aligns with the PLOs, Standards, or other outcome set?
Step 1: Ready to create your report? First, you need to start at the course level. Next, click on Data and Reports in the right panel, and select Course Mapping Grid Report.
Step 2: In the Course Mapping Grid Report customization menu, choose the desired outcome set from the drop-down menu. You can:
- Include sub-outcomes
- Organize the report by Bundle or C-layer
- Include LO IDs
- Include LO Scales
- Choose the level of details included (Detailed or Compact)
