A user cannot be deleted in Coursetune, they can only be deactivated. The reason is to preserve all the suggestions, discussions, and change history from the particular user. Plus, a deactivated user can simply be reactivated if they join the team again; no need to re-enter their information.

Deactivating a single user

Step 1- First, you need to navigate to the Users panel. Click on the hamburger menu (three lines) next to your name in the top right corner. Select Users from the drop-down menu.

Step 2- Now that you're in the Users panel, click the ellipsis (three dots) near the right side of the user, and select Deactivate. 

Deactivating multiple users at once

In the Users panel, check the boxes next to the users you want to deactivate. Click on Deactivate Users in the top right and follow the prompts.
