How do I use the Tuning Report at different levels?

The Tuning Report is the fastest way to access courses with suggestions.

All roles (except Viewers) can see a list of courses with suggestions by choosing the Tuning Report from the reports panel at different levels to which they have access.

Commenters, Editors, and Managers can access the report at the Division, Program, and Course levels based on their access.

Admins can access all levels, including the Institution level. They can also access the report from the hamburger menu in the top right.

The report shows each Division, Program, and Course with a count of suggestions in each status. Navigate to the course to read the suggestions by clicking on the course icon to the left of any course title. Click anywhere to edit.   

Managers and Admins:

Step 1: Start by navigating to the desired level (Division, Program, Course), and click on the Reports icon. Select [Level] Tuning Reports. *In this example, we are at the Division level.

Step 2: The Tuning Report panel will open and show you each Division, Program, and Course (depending on what level you're on) with a count of suggestions in each status. Click on one of the items from the list to navigate to that level.

Click the X in the top right to close the report.

Admins can click the hamburger menu in the top right to see all divisions in their institution, if needed.
