Can I remove a proxy level-4 object from our level-3 folder?

Before we introduced customization of levels, Level 3 was called the "Program Level", and Level-3 Folders were called "programs". Level 4 was called the "Course Level", and Level-4 Objects were called "Courses". 

Who can do this? Managers of the level-3 folder, and admins.

If your level-3 folder contains a proxy level-4 object, you can can remove it simply by deleting the proxy level-4 object using normal level-4 object deletion procedures (only the proxy version of the level-4 object will be deleted).

Note: If the source level-4 object is deleted from the source level-3 folder, it will cause a cascade of proxy deletions in all the level-3 folders to which it is shared.
