- Can I get rid of an LO?
Who can do this? Editors, managers, and admins.
There are many ways to delete a learning objective (LO) or multiple LOs in Coursetune:
- Deleting single or multiple LOs from the level-4 object graph or "Expanded Learning Objective" panel
- Dragging individual or multiple LOs to the trash can
- Using the LO batch editor to delete LOs
To delete a single LO from the "Learning Objectives" panel
(1) In the desired level-4 object, make sure you are in "Edit" mode
(2) Select the LO on the course graph or from the "Expanded Learning Objective" panel (in this example, selecting the arced arrow opens the "Expanded Learning Objective" panel)
(3) Click on the "edit" pencil icon next to the LO
(4) Press "Delete" and follow the prompts
Dragging LOs to the trash can
In "Edit" mode, select the LO by clicking on it. You can also select multiple LOs by holding down Ctrl (PC) or Cmd (Mac) while selecting LOs. Or open the "Expanded Learning Objectives" panel and select an LO or multiple LOs. Then drag the selection to the trash can.
If you have many LOs to delete, you can choose the option to not show the notification again within your current session.
To delete LOs using the LO batch editor
From "Edit" mode, click on the desired bundle or c-layer element. Click on the LO batch editor icon (a grid). Inside the editor, hover over an LO and the trash can icon will appear on the right. Click the trash can it to throw the corresponding LO away.
