There are many ways you can make a copy of a level-4 object:
- a level-4 object can be copied within the same level-3 folder
- a copy of a level-4 object can be made by finding the level-4 object in some other level-3 folder and copying it into yours
- a level-4 object can be copied within the same level-2 folder
- a copy of a level-4 object can be made by finding the level-4 object in some other level-2 folder and copying it into yours

Within a Level 3 Folder
If you are an editor or manager inside the level-3 folder, you can make a copy of a level-4 object within the level-3 folder.
Between Level 3 Folders
To copy a level-4 object between level-3 folders, you need to have at least editor rights on the both the source and destination level-3 folders. The table below shows the roles needed:

If you are an editor or manager in both the source level-2 folder and the destination level-2 folder, you can make a copy of a level-4 object within level-3 folders inside the level-2 folders.
