How do I switch between my Coursetune accounts?

Account linking in Coursetune can help leadership roles who are looking for transformation at scale to see the big picture across multiple organizations, and provides the ability to know the full story. What comes before, and what comes after? How are things are aligned from a macro level? Account linking has particularly powerful potential for articulating student pathways in transfer situations, such as high school to community college to university.

Once you have been added to multiple accounts, you will be able to switch seamlessly between accounts while logged into Coursetune.  You will be required to enter in your passwords for each account once each session before you can switch seamlessly.

Begin by logging into your primary account. On the Coursetune login page, enter in your username and password. *Note: Your primary account is the very first Coursetune account you gained access to*

Step 1: To switch between your multiple accounts while inside Coursetune, click on your name in the upper right corner. Click on Switch Institution.

Step 2: From the Multi Institution menu, choose the account you wish to switch to.

Step 3: You will be required to enter in your passwords for each account once per session before you can switch seamlessly. Enter in your password for the account you are switching to, and you will be logged in.

You can click on Switch Institutions if the mentioned institution you are tying to login to is incorrect. You can also sign out altogether from here.

You can now switch between those accounts seamlessly by selecting your name in the upper right corner and choosing an account from Switch Account.
